2. How do I obtain a payoff amount?
You can find your payoff amount, as well as other account details online, by accessing your MyCarMax account.
If you would like to receive your payoff amount over the phone, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 925-3612. By selecting the payoff option, you will be provided with a payoff amount. In addition, Customer Service Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., EST.
